Yes, we have had our background checks and approved as HCPS Volunteers.

We offer a variety of options: 360 Video Booth, Digi-Booth (Digital Only), Photo Booth (w/Prints), DSLR Photo Booth, Green Screen \ Ai Face Swap Photo Booth, and Testimonial Video Booths.

A 360 Video booth is essentially a video booth, not a photo booth, featuring a platform, where guests stand or pose, and a camera mounted on a rotating arm that circles them. 

 A "Digi Booth" refers to a modern spin on a conventional photo booth experience that allows an interactive touchscreen for guests to create and share personalized photos, Boomerang, Animated GIF, FaceFun, and Funimate features, often with features like backdrops, instant social sharing options, and props.

 A DSLR photo booth is a  photo booth that utilizes a Digital Single-Lens Reflex (DSLR) camera to  capture high-quality images, often with features like instant printing  and customizable options 

 A "Green Screen/AI Face Swap Photo Booth" is a  photo booth that uses both a green screen background and AI technology  to create fun, personalized, and often humorous photo experiences, such  as swapping faces or creating virtual backgrounds 

A Testimonial Video Booth is a  setup, often resembling a photo booth, where event attendees can record  brief video testimonials, sharing their experiences or feedback, which  can then be used for marketing or other purposes.

10'W x 10'L x 10'H covered area (or 8' Wx 8'L if you don't want props), and a power outlet within 100 feet. We'll handle the rest! 

Absolutely! We just need a 10' x 10' x 10' covered area (tent or canopy is fine) to operate.

Our 360 booths are the largest available. We have had up to SIX guests in one session. However, we typically recommend FOUR to FIVE average-sized adults. For photo booths, it's as many as can safely fit in the frame.

Absolutely! We can customize photo templates, backdrops, and even booth exteriors with your branding or event theme.

For most events, we recommend 3-4 hours. For weddings, we recommend either 3-4 hours for the reception, or our Luxury Booth package, which includes a Roaming booth for cocktail hour, and 3 hours for the reception. Contact us here, and we'll provide you with our most popular packages for your type of event. 

Indoor and outdoor setups are available, though outdoor events may need coverage in case of weather changes. Please let us know any special venue requirements in advance. We do offer power solutions where theirs no power available.

Setup usually takes 1-2 hours, and takedown takes about half the time. We handle this outside of your event time to ensure smooth operation. 

Our service includes only what you need. Every client's event is a unique experience and so is their booking. We'll provide guidance on what would be recommended for your event. Once your package is created, you'll have a chance to include every other add-on available. E.g. Custom Template | Animated GIF & Boomerang Options | Pipe & Drape Backdrop | Green Screen Background | Instant prints | Unlimited photos | Printed Keepsake Album | Up-to 6 Months Online album | Custom Props | lastly a fun FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL member of the 360 Reflections team to assist everyone with the photo booth and ensure everything runs smooth!

Our Digi Photo Booth can be self-attended. However, you do have the option to have an attendant to assist your quest and ensure everything runs smoothly. 

Note: Our 360 Booth rental comes with an attendant. 

We service most of Central Florida, Tampa Bay and surrounding areas., The following counties are typically within our service area Hillsborough County, Hardee County, Manatee County, Pasco County, Pinellas County, and Polk County. If you have questions about our availability for your area, please contact us.

We require a 2.4GHz or 5GHZ internet connection. While we can offer a hotspot as an Add-on. We cannot guarantee a stable connection, especially in venues with potential dead zones, such as basements or structures.

Note: Not all business Wifi are compatible, (If additional Webpage login/ authentication is needed)

We will need a signed agreement and a retainer of $100.00 to reserve your booth for your date. The remaining balance is due up to 1 week before your event. Contact us here with your event details so we can check our availability and send you more information on our packages! 

Submit the Contact Questionnaire, using the information provided we will create our recommended package tailored to your event and send over a link to our server where you'll be able to see what we've recommended and have the option to edit it and by adding or removing any of the services. Once you've finalized your booth experience, you'll see the total price. The automated system will then create the contract and you'll be able to sign it and secure your date. Depending on what services you selected; the system will send over additional questionnaires.

You and your guests will receive instant digital access, moments after you take a photo. They will have the option to Email or SMS the image / video. After the event, you'll receive a link where all of the images created will be available for 30 days. 

NOTE: A good Wi-fi connection needed, it's performance will delay the delivery of the file.

Our Signature Digi Photo Booth are equipped with a DSLR Camera, Whiile the Standerd Digi-Booth uses a 12  megapixel (MP) camera. Our 360 line, uses a Go-Pro to capture the video.

If you select one of our print packages, Prints are usually ready within 10 seconds Yes! You and your guests will receive instant prints after you take a photo (your choice of 2x6" strips or premium 4x6" prints), and the ability to text them to yourself!  With our professional-grade printers, guests can instantly receive vibrant, lab-quality prints as cherished keepsakes. Perfect for corporate gatherings, weddings, and special occasions, our onsite printing service enhances your event experience by delivering personalized memories in real time, complete with customizable branding and designs. Whether it's a small memento or a stunning portrait, our range of print sizes ensures that every guest walks away with a unique souvenir to remember your event by

30% or $100.00 of the total is due upon reserving your photo booth. 

The remaining balance is due up to one week before your event date.

The retainer serves to (a) secure the Event date, (b) compensate the Company for committing to provide services and declining other opportunities for the specified date, and (c) if the Agreement is terminated. The reservation of the date and services is contingent upon signing the Agreement and receiving the retainer. The remaining Fee (the "Final Payment") is due 7 days before the event date.
